Resist being drawn into this drama further. It seems like they just want to push buttons. As for the pic, I don't think it should be edited out.

Some of the new ones are pretty confrontational, aren't they?

I looked through some of the posts Pinky cleaned up in that "other race" thread. Some of those comments were way out of line, and unlike anything I've witnessed before on BZ. This forum always was a much friendlier place than your average online community.

I'd especially like to keep a close eye on Spinnacer from now on, he's the sort of poster we don't want to attract too many of. It would quickly poison the entire atmosphere.

^ That a great observation, Herve I think BZ used to be "friendlier" b/c it was a forum of friends It started right after chilaX called it quits, so everyone knew each other prior to joining.

As part of life people mature, and priorities and perspectives change. Hence why most of the "original" members aren't around anymore. Those who are around don't post as much b/c of the lack of time to waste, and they know better than to get themselves involved in petty adolescent drama Furthermore, even the staff members have all gotten "real" lives. All of us either have jobs or school to concentrate on. And we all have found more productive ways to spend our time than lurking around the forum 24/7.

I know the initial knee-jerk reaction could be, "we must find new staff members who are around more often!!!" Perhaps that would help, however considering how rarely most of us are on BZ I must say we are doing pretty well Yes, we have a few issues here and there but nothing is perfect Besides, we probably would not want a staff member who is on the forum 24/7. They would get "sucked in" to the point where their sense of reality and logic gets skewed. Which means their ability to make sound and appropriate decisions would be jeopardized

Warned xino and suspended his posting abilities for three days after he totally disregarded a post I sent him about new thread creation rules on here. Basically, he has been starting duplicates all over the place, and he has ignored the pm I sent him which explained the right course of action to be followed when starting a new thread.

Warned zopehosting for repeated trolling in Bar Rafaeli's thread. I gave him an informal warning he totally ignored, so now I gave him a formal warning and slapped a three day posting suspension onto it as well.

Also, I warned 2 members last week. I don't remember the first person's name, but I warned him/her for starting threads incorrectly after I PMed him/her on the proper way. He/she read my PM and decided to ignore it. However after the warning, he/she suddenly knows how to start a thread the right way---shocking!!!

The second person is Nemi...something. I have let her slide way too many times on model bashing. I have just had it, so I warned her

This one is a spam account. I got a PM from this "member", then 2 irrelevant e-mails about money transfers or whatever. Could this account be deleted? I'm quite sure it won't be used for any other purpose than sending spam messages to others.
