I was goin' to nominate Adriana (I love her to death but is not like she was doin' thaaaat much besides VS & Maybelline in the las few years) ... But i can't, it's to start lyin' to myself ... I think Gisele is by far the best model of the decade, i can't deny that & since she's already nominated im just goin' to wait to vote for her

Even though I nominated Stam, yes, I agree Gisele is without question THE model of the 00s. The Brazillian rev was HUGE in the 00s and she lead it. She is also a unique body and a well known personality so... yup, she's the winner in my books.
FOR ME, Stammy is the model of the 00s though because I just loved her throughout the decade 
But I would probably give my overall vote to Gisele. Lily Cole was also pretty important and was the leading face of the whole skinny baby-doll thing... but I didn't like her

Where did you read that ? Last time I heard about models' moneu Gisele was still on top, and Lara hasn't scored anything that makes me think she could be better paid than Gisele now :lost:
^ I read it online in an article about her relationship with David Walliams, and also in her thread on TFS. Either it's not true, or maybe Gisele's work therefore pay has gone down ( she doesn't have VS anymore, and it's not like she needs to be paid tons of money -- she already has millions!) and Lara's has gone up. I dunno.
Anyway, to me Gisele is the stand out #1 of the decade... other than that, in terms of popularity:

Top Commercial model? - Adriana Lima.
OK, thanks. Indeed I did some research and she is supposedly paid 10 million dolars by Louis Vuitton for the campaign.
For me Gisele is the n°1 that's for sure.
I'm surprised nobody mentionned KK or Natalia yet. KK was huge in the early 00 and Natalia has been around for 10 years and still going strong.
