Hasn't she taken it off pretty recently? Hard to believe she now has such a compunction towards nudity. Not to mention she has expressed her very liberal view on nudity many times in the past during interviews. I just don't see the change of heart happening overnight.
Probably has something to do with her agents/ managers, worried about her being type cast
