yep the last epi felt like a starting place for the next season

i know. grrrrrrrrrrr, maybe it will end up getting a second life as a fall repalcement show, or get picked up by the sci-fi network

while i was watching i was thinking, "why the hell am i watching this (intended season finale) cliff-hanger when the show's been axed??!?" I guess i couldn't stay away, lol.

Very sad to see it go, particularly since the damn thing never had a proper conclusion, but I can't help thinking that the show's premise played a huge part in it being axed. There's only so much mileage you can get out of "everyone passes out at the same time". With the benefit of hindsight, it probably would have been better suited to a movie than an ongoing TV show.
