It really depends on why they are in a chair, and what functions and what doesn't.

legs have nothing to do with reproduction or sex period.

Many people that have say... CP(Cerebral palsy) can still have sex, enjoy it and reproduce like normal people. It all depends on what is broken. It's all about the degree

what about if they broke their spinal column, can they still do it?

i know somebody that brook their spinal column and is in a wheelchair.

and i am embarrassed to ask that person if she could do it.

Like I said...it depends. Every case is different.

You'd be surprised on how open people are about these things. If she has been in a chair for a long time; it's not something that is a secret really.

You should ask her rather then just assume.

i don't know her that well. i would feel very uncomfortable to ask her about it. i know she's been in wheelchair for years already.

I know a guy who had alot of bales of hay fall on him and left him a quadriplegic at 27 years old, I often wondered the same thing, and I would never ask either I have always felt bad for his wife though.

i still have that doubt if she could do it, and i am probably never going to ask her.

but even if some people could do it, would it be uncomfortable?

not for them I'm sure, the other person would have to move or not move to accommodate them.

Absolutely. A chair has nothing to do with who the person is. My ex was in a chair.

lol.

No we never had sex, but we talked about it plenty. Natural curiosity had me asking those hard questions.

Why not?

If i had a partner and she was in a wheelchair or something along those lines, and I loved them enough and the relationship got there why not?

there is a quadriplegic guy who was a lawyer, got married and had children. SO I guess anything is possible. Love should never be about physical stuff but more what you are wanting to do for someone else.
