At first I thought it was Adriana, but after some digging I found out it's Sara. Here she is in the new Axe Excite commercial (at 0:38)!

she's aging beautifully i think, her earlier photographs weren't so great, also coz she was shooting with amateur photographers but so far the older the prettier.
