what a waste of genetic beauty. She was having the bones structures to be a beautiful 80 years old woman
now when she will be 80 she just going to be a living mummy!

That "face on the left" picture is just ONE picture of Carla, which was a random candid shot taken by the paparazzi. She obviously wasn't posing with a smile, as you can see that the wind blew part of her hair onto her face. In fact, I recently saw her in a tv interview, and she actually doesn't look much different from the picture on the right. She looked good in the interview, for a woman in her 40s.

For a woman in her 40's she looks like she is in her 50's+ even in her recent interviews. A woman or a man can use surgeries to look better/younger/sexier but to look like the way she looks (older & fake) I seriously don't get it? She was a gorgeous woman with an amazing bones structures and the shapes of her eyes -cat like- were just wow! And now what? She looks older and ugly. Unfortunately she is not the only one messing with her face like that among the 90's models. Are they afraid getting older and to lose their beauty?
It's sad because at the end she lost her beauty and her identity.

I think the most awful thing is the eyes surgeries/eyebrow lift...
Back in 2008 she was looking like this. No peeling, no surgeries...

Karen is one of the most beautiful models to ever exist. And I will never understand this nose job.
Carla is amazing too, but what she did is horrible.
