I'm having trouble remembering quite why I nominated this one.

It's a photo I like of a model I like but that's about as far as it goes. 1.7

Can't really understand so many 3s, it's just some grey clouds.

It's a really beautiful dress, and the way it's kind of flowing with a life of its own juxtaposes really nicely with the stillness and simplicity of the rest of the image. The muted colours and whole gloomy cloud atmosphere are really unusual and interesting, and infuses the shot with a poignancy that I haven't seen in many other nominated pics so far.
