I've been trying her workouts and lemme just say, they are hard as fuck o.o but they are also really good so I hope she keeps posting more, I haven't tried the arms one yet but I probably will tomorrow and I'm excited for it.

I think its important to pace yourself. You dont need to follow her workout exactly to the letter(unless you can absolutely handle it and dont mind). You have to build yourself to that point.
