I think once the person giving it 10, she should say if she'll get a new round or not. If it does not say anything anyone could enter a new round next. Because if not, this will always happen.

True agreed, but at the least i would say give the person 24 hours to reply and post the next contestants, after receiving some kind of notice like Jennka usually
sends to those who casted the winning vote. If not then someone can nominate themselves to start the next round.
^ Agreed= as soon as it turns 10 the next person who happens to come onto this topic should see that it's 10 and make a new duel= if they want to of course, it's just easier than waiting for the actual person who made in 10 to put a new round up.
