I always consider and rate the models (or actresses) by their prime, like Joe always used to do in all of his competitions. It would be useless to do otherwise, because 40-year models just can´t compete to those 20s.

yes Karen is now the shadow of herself and her face is a real disaster but in this competition we are voting for the models at their best and at their prime. And during her modeling year Karen was the most gorgeous natural flawless woman.
If Janice Dickinson was in this competition i will vote for the drop dead gorgeous woman she was and not the surgery freak

this is what we should be voting on, not something that's 10-15 years old and trying to say that she still has the best.....
Why should we not judge by the prime if the the person that nominated said person nominated them because of their prime 
? Plus competing only against people in their current prime only lessens competitiveness. For example, in music, which is more competitive, competing against only people on the radio now, or competing against singers from all eras? Should we vote for Miley Cirus against every silver screen actress just because their old now ? Chris Rock could probably beat up Muhammad Ali if we judge by today, but he's called a great boxer because of what he did in his prime. And on top of that isn't Josie like 31 or 32 and Petra and Gisele just like 30 :| ? No offense intended
