1) We've covered this here beyond anyone else's interest level.

2) Somewhat interesting. I'm going to go by there today.

3) Actually, there are some people here that sure need some basic lessons.

4) This suggestion clearly belongs in someone else's thread.

I'm late for work already. Maybe I'll have something interesting to say when I return.

PS when you return i think we should discuss the social and political impacts of llamas in 18th century Russia.

Funny you should mention this.

It is a little known fact that Peter the Great, the first Tzar of Russia in the 18th century, who is contributed with opening up Russia to the West (who was entering it's own age of Enlightenment), had a pet llama named Nicolas. Because Peter was named Tzar at the age of 10 and had struggled for power with his sister and brother, his closest confidant became Nicolas. The story goes that Nicolas, while gnawing on some grass, was asked by Peter which way Russia should seek friends. At that moment a blade of grass tickled Nicolas' nose and he snorted to the side, which just so happened to be west. The rest is history.

Nevermind that Peter claimed that Nicolas told him to execute thousand of innocent people and all.

Catherine the Great commissioned this monument in hopes that people would remember Peter on a horse and forget about the llama. Too bad for Nicolas.

that's better

btw, i kicked ass in poker last night...you should come to Absolute Poker and play with me sometime. Fun money only of course. What's cool about Absolute is they give you a new $2K if you bust. (I'm up to $167K though )

Whoa

I play at poker room and I'm only up to $14K

My cards haven't been coming out right lately.

95% of the time I get crap cards, and when I get good ones, the flop doesn't fall right.

I might have to sit back from poker a bit and review my game.

It's hard getting a win now. Might have to revert back to being tightass conservative player

Yeah, it's hard to do it when the cards don't come for a long time, because it's pretty hard to bluff online. Well actually, if you're playing at a table with 4 or less people you can bluff those crap hands occassionally (i.e. The scary flush or straight flops, play 'em like you got 'em). Sometimes I end up on an "all-in table" (where somone or a couple of people are going all in every hand) and I usually leave right away, sometimes though, I stick it out, play my good hands and make good money.

I might try Poker Room. I hear it's good. <_<

My cards have deserted me and even Llama herself can't do nothing to stop it. I've lost plenty of play money and real money. It's hard to sit there game after game with nothing. The frustrating thing is having good cards and not getting anything on the flop

Everytime I go all-in, no matter the cards, I seem to lose out to crappier cards <_< Life sucks. I want my money back :anger:

merry merry.

She had alot of fun. She got ALL excited about her DVD, The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl...in 3-D. She said, "OMG, How did he know?!" And of course, we had to watch it...3-D glasses and all. Later she was trying to figure out how the elves could be so good at making all kinds of toys and stuff...apparently, it wasn't making sense to her. I told her they've had alot of practice....She'll have this stuff figured out in no time.
