dude im always late in replying in your thread, that was pretty cool i got a response....but it was weirder when her mom emailed me out of the blue a few months ago and was like you're slacking on the website

I'm still learning at the moment 
I just played my first game in a while and I lost because I couldn't let my hand go. I knew it was a bad mistake as well, but I still went ahead with it, which really shits me.
Basically I had a Q8o and the flop came out with J 10 9 (this was heads up) so I played it cool and bet small, and on the turn another 9 comes out. I realise that there might already be trips but it was unliekly. But I bet big anyway in hopes of having my opponent fold. She called and the river was another 10 (so it was J 10 9 9 10) and she went all in. Unable to put down my hand I went all in with her and ended up losing cause she had the 3rd 10. She called me on 2 pair <_< But it was really badly played and it's eating me up

If it were me, that 3 on the turn and the reraise would have concerned me enough to have just called instead of going all-in. Obviously that didn't make his hand better than yours but I would have worried about a three-of-a-kind.
