The rule hadn't gone anywhere. It was the lack of following it that was starting to get a little too prevalent. And no, I was not the only one to notice...it's was pretty obvious. I just had the "pleasure" of posting the announcement.

well actually i did that because at first it was fine, then a mod told me he would remove it unless i ask an admin, then an admin told me it was fine and then another mod told me that despite the admin tellin me it was ok (s)he had to remove it... And since i'm not too good at editing picture, i had to hide the nipple in an obvious way so that the pic don't look like it's been badly edited lol so i chose the funny way
