Turns out Comcast has the entire last season available on demand. Man, those episodes with the stone angels were creepy. :| Can't say I'm an Amy Pond fan yet, but I like Matt Smith so far. I'm so behind.

I love Matt, he reminds me of old school Who...like Baker

I was always a fan of David Tennant's manic energy, but it would probably be fair to say that he sometimes overdid it a bit. Matt brings an eccentric, otherworldly quality that almost puts him up there with the best of them.

^I look forward to the hearing the Fiji song when it's finished.

Not sure if Elisabeth's spin-off show 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' ever made it across the pond, but it was being shown on Children's BBC as recently as this year, so this news came as quite a shock. Very sad to hear.

Found the first 15 minutes rather slow, but it got better as it went on and the remaining however-many minutes went by in a flash. Nice to see that the time honoured Doctor Who tradition of scaring young kids half to death at 6 in the evening is alive and well. My prediction...

The kid in the space suit will turn out to be a young River, who will in turn be revealed as Amy and Rory's child.

I really loved 11 and River's flirting this time around.

It was mentioned at one point that the Doctor first met River when she was a kid, and River strongly hints that she eventually kills him, if I'm remembering it right. It was also revealed a while back that the astronaut is someone we've met before, so the first part would probably make sense. The second part is just pure guesswork on my part and most likely completely wide of the mark.

The last two episodes have been absolute rippers.

Poor Rory has had more near-death experiences than anyone else on TV. I'm starting to think that the character only exists so the writers can torture him.
