also I listened to Suck It and See once. It kinda bored me I'll give it another try

If it's any consolation, it took me maybe 8-10 plays to really get into it.

hmm, I don't think I ever actually really liked an album if it took that long. The most is like 6 times. After that it's usually just you convincing yourself to like it. IMO

^ maybe it's just me, but from album to album the Arctic Monkeys are getting worse

They def. wouldn't be the first band that theory applies to. The Strokes come to mind...

I know I'm in a minority but it's most definitely my favourite. I took to the darker and more atmospheric feel straight away. For me, the only misfire on it is 'The Fire and the Thud'.

So this kind of took me by surprise - a collaboration between Jack White and Detroit rapper Black Milk.

Pretty Visitors and The Jeweller's Hands are excellent songs, no doubt, but off that album the only ones I really love maybe Dance Little Liar, too.
