It's confirmed that she is pregnant. U.S. Weekly confirmed it. Not sure if it's confirmed it's in her boobs though.

I don't understand why she and her people made it such a big deal in that interview she did. I understand not wanting to talk about it but a simple "no comment" would suffice. Instead of the coy "no" or controversy creating remarks. Congratulations to her, she's young (although older than me) having a child makes you grow so quickly and in such large amounts. I'm not knocking her or saying she's immature, but even the most mature people grow in such large volumes after having kids

It wasn't a photoshoot but i guess it was their own way to finally confirm the pregnancy without dealing with the press

Glad to see I wasn't the only one that thought this was an actual photoshoot. It doesn't really have the "celebrity candid" feel to it... She looks truly beautiful pregnant but they are definitely posing for the camera in all the photos. I think it would've been a little more special if a photographer had captured this as some type of intimate moment.

Randomly seeing Brian kissing and caressing her stomach would have been really touching...
