Every news website/news channel where I live says he has died at age 50. His children's Godfather called in and confirmed it and says he is in shock and caring for the kids right now. and also one of his brothers have also confirmed this.

I'm still in shock ....i live in Calif and to be so close to where he passed away is heartbreaking for me....sure, i could have lived thousands of miles away but for the fact in the same state, well it's truly sad for me....my greatest memory of MJ will always be the 30th anniv of Motown back in 1983 (i think?) when he first showed his incredible moonwalk and being there with his bros performing classic Jackson 5 hits...that was truly an iconic moment in music history...
