working in a plant made me lose weight and eat less...i'm 5'6 and I was 122 when I started, now i'm down to 97. hadn't even noticed until people started saying how skinny i've gotten.

I do pilates and play DDR lol. It works, I can already tell I've lost some weight off my stomach since my ribs are getting more noticeable

neither do I ... I just do bus, metro, and lots of walking. I'm not slender and I like my hips, upper legs and booty thick. After all, I am latina. The only places I would consider working on are my arms and waist apart but I'm in no hurry. I'm fine in my skin as long as I don't go over 130 unless I'm pg... but that won't be anytime soon.

neither do I ... I just do bus, metro, and lots of walking. I'm not slender and I like my hips, upper legs and booty thick. After all, I am latina. The only places I would consider working on are my arms and waist apart but I'm in no hurry. I'm fine in my skin as long as I don't go over 130 unless I'm pg... but that won't be anytime soon.

kool....i just walk alot ...i'm about 53kg..and i don't go over that.

well....I drink just watter...I eat a lot of veggies and fruit,also meat...proteins are important...I go to the gym,and im going on pilates,workout for abs and legs...and i go fast walking once a week 60mins...it helps really...

5 days ago I started eatting only 2 meals for day with no sugar and really allmost 0 callories, and it's working really good I don't know if I lost a kilo or even a half kilo but I feel it, I'm allready very thin, until my birthday I will become a skeleton.

I ran 3 times a week about 5 to 8 km

then I go swimming every week

and the rest (sit ups) I'll do at home

of course I'm non smoker, only water etc

I don't like buff bodies either... which is one reason why I don't like excercise .. I hate that you can't control where the fat you intake shows up on ur body <_< .. I'm afraid of loosing my legs, booty and boobies!

tell me about it...

I have the opposite problem- I need to lose my legs and booty...you see I'm very skinny in my upper body like my ribs are sticking out(a little) and my legs are like thin but not that much...here how I want to look:
