I really don't like the boob job...

The thing is, the first boob job was far less obvious. In fact, I didn't even discover about it until after I read about it on here. This new boob job screams fake, and like you said, her new size just doesn't work with the rest of her body...

You have to realize that her first boob job was botched.....in topless pictures you can CLEARLY see that her nipples are uneven and facing different directions! Maybe she tried to fix that. I mean if you remove your implants, when you replace them you have to go bigger, or they'll sag.
