Think they could have picked any one of Kate's other photos for a cover. She had some good ones, for sure. 
The cover shot, IMHO, was not the best compared to her others.
I say, just thank gawd, Chrissy didn't get the cover....that would have been ..

the thing about u said MissLimaVzla about some models do nothing 'major' outside SI , is not true with Jessica Gomes for all that explained VSfan88 BUT absolutely agree with u MissLimaVzla and IluvAdrianaLima about the make a big splash in the american market (like Kate upton did it), Jessica gomes is not popular in the american industry. and thats the important thing

She shouldn't have lost so much weight... on her chest. She was really the only cover competition Kate had but she didn't come close.My second favorite next to Nina. This girl has the best body of them all. Gorgeous beauty. She did lose weight but not too much. If she became chubbier than last year...not a model.
Genevieve killed it. Best in show. Without her there would be 75% less sideboob. That would be unacceptable.
Kate Upton looks like Chucky on the cover. Still doable. I liked the one with her sitting on the sand in the white shirt better.
Nina: Bar-like smoothness. Possible future cover model. She did the best out of EVERYONE. She's absolutely perfect
Bar: I look forward to seeing her on any other day this year where she will look better than this. Terrible hair and I guess makeup too. I didn't have high expectations though as I don't think she will ever be able to top what she has already done for SI. As a Bar fan I can GUARANTEE Bar looks good without makeup at all. She's an exotic blonde. On top of that she's the most naturally beautifully model in existence. All she needs is a tan and a bikini and she's good to go.
Anne Vanilla: I think they keep forgetting to fire her. Nah, she's ok. No cover model though. You're on some weird stuff because she looked absolutely beautiful. SI NEEDS Anne. NEEDS. She's thier sexy russian blonde. She would kill Kate in a cover.
Alyssa: The sexiest. Don't like her lighter hair. She had good quality photography going for her and the bikinis were some of my favorites. I like how her lighter hair brings out her tan. Side boob was a good idea. I would like her if it wasn't for those eyebrows. I get thats her "look".
Tacky drag brows.
Michelle Vawer: I like her innocent look. Wins best pic. The one against the yellow wall, page 104. Loved her
Bodypaint: Photos almost worthless. It's all about the videos. They lightened Alex Morgan's hair too. She looks much better with her normal dark color. You should check her out if you haven't seen her she is very pretty and talented. Agree
Where was the heads up on the Vh1 special? After buying the issue and seeing how hard they worked in the special I give the issue at least an 8. Big improvement over last year's.
It cannot be overstated what a great body Genevieve Morton has. Which makes it such a huge shame she is just not very good in front of the camera.

Well yes those, but mostly her eyes.
That shot pretty much shows what I find lacking in any of Genevieve Morton's shoots. I found Tori Praver had the same problem, though to a lesser extent.
I got some of the pictures in Untagged LQ from the magazine, i only got the girls i like but if anyone wants the pictures of the other girls just let me know & I'll get them
