I think there was a fad (not sure if it's still the case) in Japan where some girls would tan their skin and die their hair blonde and then apply make up using colours such as fluro blue and bright pink.

It looked REALLY skanky and :x ... I'll try to get a hold of a pic if I can, it'll give us a glimpse of how the 'bleach blonde + super thin + really tan thing' will look...

I don't think that's just a Japanese thing. I see it every day.

Their skin is practically orange (fake tan anyone?) and their hair is practically white...

I don't see much of it in Australia We have chics with natural tans and natural blonde hair
