It's probably cause she's not from Moscow or the European Russia, she's from a southern region on the eastern side of the Urals, close to the border of Kazakhstan.

Oh is that the reason? If I didn't know she was russian I would've guess she was latina. She has that look about her. I wonder where her parents were born..

I think it might be a trait for some Ukrainian women to look slightly Latin. Olga Kurylenko looks like a Latina as well.
