Tyra Banks is publicly talking about her recent weight gain (she's 5'10" and currently weighs 161 lbs), and tells People magazine:
"I get so much mail from young girls who say, 'I look up to you, you're not as skinny as everyone else, I think you're beautiful.' So when they say that my body is 'ugly' and 'disgusting,' what does that make those girls feel like? I still feel hot, but every day is different. It's when I put on the jeans that used to fit a year ago and don't fit now and give me the muffin top, that's when I say, 'Damn!' I feel more comfortable when I'm lighter - I sleep better, I snore less, I have more endurance when I work out, my arms look better. I've made millions of dollars with the body I have, so where's the pain in that? If I was in pain, I would have dieted. The pain is not there - the pain is someone printing a picture of me and saying those (horrible) things."

Tyra talks about her weight. she is very nervous, but I understand her.
For some reason I always think that when people keep saying they're strong and have high self-esteem, they're just trying to convince themselves that they do.....
You know I think tyra banks has every right to be mad, You know I understand what she means, her messege is to tell people that Super thin is not pretty and that is ok to have meat on your bones, You know the fashion industry and the paparazzi are selling images to young girls to become either Belimic or Anorexic this is the reason why models pass away. I agree with Everyword she says. People who are a bit thick is still beautifull, She is still geourgeous and I admire her Very much. People who think that she is fat and horrible dont have a mind of what Real Beauty is, And a person Who is just bones is not sexy or pretty. Tyra has Every reason, And if some one dosn't agree with me well I'm Sorry if you think Thin is in because I think that Having a bit thickness on your bone is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Tyra is still Pretty and a good Role modle to every young girl who wants to become a model. She want's to change the Image of Beauty which come in all packages, I agree with tyra.
