well i have some english and spanish mates that i keep talking to through msn (either typing or with mikes) so it helps me practise a bit and learn some new stuff... and i keep reading in english and spanish and listening to stuff in those languages... i'm feeling lazy though so i dun progress a lot in Russian and Portuguese
