Well that's hard to answer because every guy's different and when you have insecurities or lack confidence, no matter what the others say, you always think they're just being nice i know it because i'm feeling that way sometimes, which is why i have casual sex sometimes, it's good for my self-confidence the only thing that might solve youtr bf's problems is to work on his own image...
