You should really get onto that.
Sure http://www.last.fm/user/BritnMusic - It's amazing how aware of your taste you become when showing someone directly ![]()

This is pretty cool, five people playing a guitar....girl is pretty cute as well ![]()
I hear Somebody That I Used to Know has become the biggest song ever in Australia and it's picking up steam here too. The chorus is immense.
That cover is pretty good saw it a few weeks back, it's got over 50 million views now ![]()
^Yeah it's mental. Nice to see Gotye getting some much deserved love though ![]()
Pretty amazing video from OK Go.. ![]()
Also, congrats to Bon Iver's Grammys, although I'm not really sure how they're classified as a 'new artist'
I wonder if this will cause even more anger/confusion than Arcade Fire's win last year ![]()

You got it wrong donbot. He's called "Bonnie Bear"
and you can tell they're new cause even Lady Gaga doesn't know who Bonnie Bear is.
Edumacate yoself foo!

P.S. Bon Iver is Bon Jovi's son or something.
Edit #2: This little gem is even better than the 'Grammy's are racist' remarks: https://twitter.com/#!/whoisboniver/sta...932114841083904

Though the fact that Bon Iver took best newcomer is kind of amusing in itself. Whatever next, Fleet Foxes for best R&B? ![]()

Two new vids - one for the aforementioned new Jack White track, and another for the most recent Laura Marling single. The Laura one is mildly unnerving from about 1:30 onwards. ![]()
^"The uploader has not made this video available in your country" :persuazn:
Thank god for Vimeo though.. great video!

^ I think this sums it up pretty well...
And FYI everyone:
Bonnie Bear, as it turns out, is the star of an animated kids’ show by BabyFirst TV. Bonnie is a teddy bear dressed in pink overalls, who flies through the air to play her “listening game.” Her friend is — ironically — a gramophone, just like the two Grammy trophies that Bon Iver frontman Justin Vernon collected last night.
Tame Impala will release their second album mid 2012, according to drummer Jay Watson.Speaking to Mess+Noise, Watson said the band's follow up to their acclaimed 2010 debut Innerspeaker is due in "the middle of the year".
"It's got lots of synths on it," Watson said.
"But it's got lots of everything on it. It's got all the sort of stuff that was on the first one and a whole lot more."
"I really like the new Tame album ... [it] has pretty unique sort of sounds."
Watson is currently readying Beard Wives Denim, the new album for his other band Pond. It gets its official release on March 2.
:morning:
Also, I caught Death Cab last Friday, which was rather spectacular.
I walked away with the same thought I had when I saw them last time - that I will possess your heart is an unbelievably amazing live song.
Looking forward to Bonnie Bear in a couple of weeks time too ![]()

^Yay for the news of a new Tame Impala album! ![]()
And on a slightly different note, the award for most random cover version of 2012 (so far) goes to...
^Nice! ![]()
Funny, Chairlift did a Beyonce cover the Friday before last too ![]()

why is this one of the best things i've ever heard
i want the mp3
^It's pretty great hey. I've really come to adore her voice ![]()
You can download an mp3 here --> [link], although it's got an extended interview and another performance of their song Ghost Tonight around it. You can crop it out if you know how though ![]()
So have you guys heard the new Sleigh Bells yet? I'm still soaking it in, but loving it so far. Has anyone here seen them live before?
Apparently they'll be in Aus twice this year.. I really hope they do the west coast ![]()
thanks for the link!
i heard the new Sleigh Bells, it's pretty good on first listen. I don't think it can live up to their great debut though. Artists tend to come out with their best music first. I saw them live streaming on youtube from New York last week, man do their shows look fun. I don't know how any of them hear afterwards
