Doutzen Kroes

Doutzen is absolutely drop-dead gorgeous. One of my favorite models in terms of her work, but she's...not a doctor or a scientist. And if she's worried about her voice, maybe trying to make a shift to film isn't the best idea for her. I hate to sound so negative, but IMO it is hard to remain positive when she is offering up nuggets of wisdom like this.

I don't so why so many people here are being negative because Doutzen is inviting people to ask questions and have an open mind. What's so wrong with that? IMO people who blindly believe doctors and medical scientists just because they are doctors and scientists need to look at themselves, and take a leaf from Doutzen's book. Medical scientists and doctors killed my brother and a load of other people with an insulin substitute that hadn't been properly tested in a laboratory before using it on humans, without obtaining informed consent from them. That is a fact and something my family has had to live with for the last three decades. So I don't trust anything a doctor or scientist tells me just because they went to some medical school somewhere. You have to ask questions. You have to establish the facts for yourself. You have to inform yourselves people. So get off Doutzen's case. Get off the case of anyone who says something you disagree with. Find out the truth for yourselves and live your lives as you want without judging anyone else. Peace and love to you all.

Happy she got it! Her first cover for Vogue Thailand. Not fan of the picture because I can barely recognize her face ... and it looks really blurry.

Is so good to know that she has 18 of the 25 editions of Vogue that exist around the world, I hope she gets more of those that she has not yet had the opportunity to be on the cover. But it's kind frustrating to know that she has consolidated herself as a cover girl and doesn't get campaigns for big high fashion brands. I can't find a logical explanation for this!

What's the problem? Everything he said it's ok about Doutzen, and he told us his personal story.  At least for that, show some respect. I'd prefer reading 1 post from him than 4000 from you, if this is your attitude. Chill.

Why do they choose these pictures for the cover? She is totally unrecognizable.

True, she looks too thin especially on her shoulder and arm part. It would have been better that she faced front. Doutzen's face should give highlight to the cover.

I agree with both the last posts. I do like the pictures, especially the lighting and coloring of the first one, but I wouldn't have known that was Doutzen. maybe they figure her name is a big enough draw to buy the magazine that they don't have to really show her face? I don't know, but I would like it if we could see her better. 

Still glad to see her have modeling stuff coming out though. will there be an editorial or some pictures with these?

Quality is bad

Photos are kinda boring 

Those family pics are, I think, pretty authentic to her though. I love the black and white pic of all four of them on the cover.

Great pose + expression + mouth closed + she makes that hideous outfit super cool

It feels like ive seen these pictures before on Instagram stories

Especially these 3 pics:

- That shot in the car 

- Cooking with her daughter 

- Hand on face while pretending to sleep

Although she walked some great shows it seems like she scored 0 campaigns

No Etro, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, Isabel Marant, etc... nothing 

Most of these campaigns are photographed with multiple models ... weird to see there's no spot left for Doutzen  ..especially Etro (big cast mixed with young & old)

She will probably end up with catalogue work for H&M
