I'd say keira is naturally railish. probably not her fault... and it's mostly her top half, since her bottom half has a little more meat to it.

but of course, in the world of modeling, not eating is the way... wouldn't surprise me if they thought Kate Moss was overweight. IMO Doutzen is too thin.
