Here's the mini-epic video for new song 'Ride', a late entry for best of 2012, maybe. The song isn't 'Video Games' (she's probably destined to suffer that unfair comparison forever), but it has the same sombre feel that all her best stuff does. Believe it or not, she's a surprisingly good actress too.

The whole 'fake' argument is one that I've never had much time for, if I'm honest. Pop stars have been creating artistic personas for as long as pop music has been around.

Lana demonstrates several thousand ways to disappear behind dry ice in the new video for 'Bel Air' which, from what I understand, is yet another cut from the expanded edition of the debut album.
