I'm not entitled to opine about such private matters (in the end...who am I to do it?). I can only say that at first sight, he looks too old for a girl who is just 18. 
And the picture...In my opinion, they didn't show the most refined side of them this time. It's not about nudity. It's the way she's sitting on him (the spread legs around his waist, to be precise). That makes the image a little cheap.

judging by the setup its for a job i'd say, besides, he's like 12 years younger than Leo who is always up for it, but that wont give anyone no creeps
