As a model you can't say say you were shooting for SI in a certain place because they keep the locations secret, usually models just go MIA from twitter/facebook while shooting SI. Only Cintia said were she did her pictures but she never mentioned it was SI-related, unless Anne has some kind of twin I'm pretty sure it's her

Anne posted a photo of her making a dream catcher and talked about her six hour layover which coincided with MJ Day's wait. It's definitely Anne (belly button, hips, freckles, etc all match up).
