The pics of Shanina were catalog work from a random designer posted on SI's website for "Hottie of the week", or something along the lines. Neither Gisele or Shanina have worked for SI
SI features pictures of girls all the time that haven't worked for them. It's their lovely lady of the day, or week or month. They take these pictures from numerous different sources, but at this point Shanina hasn't worked directly with them, at least to the point that she was credited in the magazine.
