It is no doubt french magazine 

But since its a quiz magazine and its old nobody sells them anywhere so this is way impossible to find i think

Yeah @Dayrell I have got these covers of the originals GRAZIA magazine issues (Italian GRAZIA magazine was an incredible source for models at the 80s & 90s,we who love 80s there were a loads and loads of supermodels and also a bunch of lesser-known models who worked for it)

Roberta worked A LOT for GRAZIA (between layouts and covers)

Many of  GRAZIA covers were re-edited in another publications for other magazines around the world (like this case you posted)

That's all right @Dayrell!! Roberta worked plenty in Italy (besides another Europe countries) for such magazines as AMICA; ANNA Anna bella; DONNA;ELLE.,etc...but I would say that GRAZIA taked the cake
