I have an important question for you:
There are electrical engineering degrees (BS) offered at online colleges at 15% the cost of a top brick & mortar school. They can be done part time. This fits in my schedule if I'm fatigued and decide to do a career change in my mid-late 30s. :

Been keeping tack of that since late 2014 here. I'm hoping Brooklyn gets that amazing piece or architecture. It would finally give that area a central point on vertical height and I personally think it would meld well with the neighborhood too
