I think Leo chooses girlfriends who he can trust will not be blabbing to the press or media. ....- it's not paranoia or self-centeredness to want to protect your private life - just because he is a famous person doesn't mean he has to give up that right. Oh, and to that poster who said Leo should visit children in hospitals, et al.,. No, no, can't let that one go by without comment..... Leo is one of the most charitable and active celebrities as far as giving to causes - he doesn't do it with a lot of publicity though.

Bill Maher mentioned Leo on Real Time. Bill took a minor jab at Leo but please keep in mind Bill is a comedian--take what he said with a grain of salt (Y)

I'm not a Leo hater at all. I just think it's weird that he has no problem to walk in the streets with Edward Norton (for example) but when it comes to his girlfriends he seems very distant, like someone who is ashamed. I'm pretty sure Leo is nice and pleasant in private but in the public eyes he acts like a disrespectful guy   why is he doing this ? it's a mystery to me. Paps are very annoying but maybe Leo gives them too much importance in his life ?

Its totally different with Edward or any of his friends for that matter the media cares more about one's love life than who one is friends with and perhaps simply he doesn't want people talking about his personal relationship its private... that's his business and I don't see it as being disrespectful. No one is forcing her to stay with Leo, so obviously she's fine with keeping their relationship low key. So based on your idealogy you could just as easily call Toni being disrespectful to Leo, seeing as how she's keeping the relationship private as well.

Anyways i'm done with all this.... All this is seriously not wanting me to bring up Toni anymore, im just sticking to talking about Leo  If I want to talk about the relationship i'll just PM fellow Leo fans

Yes, "disrespectful" is a harsh word but if you compare Leo to Adam Levine...  they have different personalities.

But maybe Leo is shy ? i watched most of his movies, and never been interested about his private life since now.

^Adam Levine is a super open guy about his relationships, hell he even describes the most intimate moments like having sex with his GFs, etc. which I think is not very classy or gentlemen like if you ask me

Oxford said that's Rush Zimmermann's dog (your talking about the dog that was on Leo's back?) so maybe she (Rush) was there that day.... Maybe that's when that pic was taken..
