Hmm now I'm questioning whether I'm a nice guy, or a NICE GUY. lmao.
Chicks aren't ones to speak though, they won't even consider a guy if he doesn't have 'swag', if you're gentle, they label you a softie
The fact that you think the majority of women acknowledge whatever the fuck you think 'swag' is makes me believe you have the mind set of a sixteen year old who listens to too much rap. Perhaps if you elevated your ideas of what women are attracted to, those sorts of women would be interested in return.
Whatever argument you think you had has dissipated. Come back to me when you can formulate an adult argument.

xD

Damn gurl. lol I'm serious. I know tons of girls who'd take a bad boy over a nice guy without hesitating. Maybe it's the type of women/girls I know. Keep in mind that the females I'm talking about are in their late teens/early twenties --so am I-- it may very well be just a phase for them. I do kno a few that want nice guys, but majority are seeking for NICE GUYS. A girl once told me that she wouldn't date someone like me because I lack "swag". She thought I'm too...nice. And I was cool with that... We were fresh out of high school at the time, so again, it might have been just a phase in her life.

Damn, Boy! Did you think maybe she just invented that excuse so you would not even try to approach her in a romantic way?
.....I'm just saying. IF the people you hang around with are that stupid and ridiculous, I suppose I can understand why you have such a warped sense of female/male interactions. People tend to gravitate to like minded people.

You are the company you keep. Look elsewhere if you want people who don't sound like fucking idiots... Unless you feel at home with that sort, then by all means continue to sound ignorant.
PS: Don't mind my tone. I always sound like a bitch.

Oh aw sweetie, that's because you are!
And that's why I love you.
Friendzoning is bullshit because girls are not machines that you put Kindness Coins into until sex falls out.via tumblr
>.>
That'd be awesome... but then again, I don't have any kindness coins...
Poor you.
Nah. I don't pretend to be nice to get in women's pants...

^ Honestly dude, don't put pussy on a pedestal (applies to dick as well). You're going to be involved in a myriad of situations where you're going to be blown off, laughed at, looked upon in disgust, not worthy, and then the eventual "hello there :brows: ". Best just to worry about how you carry yourself out then what anyone, women or men, have to say. Far too often will guys flip over backwards for a single hint of 'peel' from a women....just not worth it. Stick to what u know best and eventually someone will take you in for who you are and not what they conceive as worthy in their own eyes of interpretation. But of course that doesn't mean there isn't room for change. If you're not picking up so much as at least one date a month...maybe you need reevaluate your game play. Because whether people like to admit it or not...FIRST IMPRESSIONS MATTER!
People need to learn that sometimes they are blown off simply because that special person doesn't like them. A man or woman who seems genuine and honest has best chances of finding someone that truly likes them. I don't know why certain men believe that being the "nice guy" won't work. I would give anything for a guy to be truly kind and respect me. It's not a hard concept. If someone wants a "bad boy" than that's their taste but I can promise you that most of the time, that's just a stage they are going through.
Thank you sir, for speaking a shred of sense.
Blown off because she simply doesn't like me??!! NONSENSE!! She is just a c**t!

NO nice coins? hehehe
You got it Russ.. Genuine is the way to go. She will either like you, love you, or have no clue how to take you. Its the nature of how things just work.
As for the Nice boy/Bad boy thing.. that is a huge psychology dissertation good for the uni students to learn about or issues "the porfessionals" to worry so leave it to them.
Think simple. confidentce gets guys to talk to more women which broadens the potential. Potential gives more opportunity to find the person who can love/like you, narrow the potential in anyway you can miss these people/persons/person (which ever floats your boat).
Good point. I don't even know why some guys believe that crap anyways... I mean, if a girl is not attracted to you, nice guy or a gaping asshole, you are out of luck. Is it simply because they have difficulty moving on and think that staying friends will somehow make the girl realize what a catch the guy is? This is the reason i think most male/female friendships are far from platonic. Hanyways... anyone seen similar behavior demonstrated by women?

OH.. and as for platonic.. Male/female platonic relationships are completely possible. Its that guy or girl you just see would be like kissing a sister or brother. Have you never had that person you go to parties with, camping or hang out one evening with, just to not go alone? If you can't do that plutonic then .. um.. maybe you won't see it as possible ![]()
Nah, it's just that too often I hear guys say "I'd f*** her" about their female friends. And as far as my own experience goes, there are very few females that I would not be attracted to that I can hang out with. I mean, there are plenty that I wouldn't be interested in, but i would not want to hang out with them either.

Well that explains your nice coins.. hahaha
What do you mean?

You are not entitled to have a relationship in your life just because you want one.
Why thank you, oh wise blog post, I wouldn't have found that out had I not read your diatribe of tin-pot wisdoms...
The reality is that the "Nice Guy" is as much a false archetype as the "Bitch" or the "Geek".
That (unintentionally quite amusing) post says a lot more about the woman who wrote it than the men she is describing. For one thing, the entire basis for her argument is her own anecdotal evidence.
Secondly, she views the entire situation from within her own perspective. Empathic reasoning is clearly a concept that is foreign to her.

It says a lot about people who believe men are only nice because they hope to get into a pair of panties.
Newsflash: my respect is a freebie to everyone I meet. Man or woman, young or old. I will treat everyone kindly, unless they say or do something that makes me lose my respect.
Have people considered the alternative? Would those women prefer to be treated with no decency and politeness by the guys who covet their affections?
Or by any person, for that matter?

'Friendzone' is sort of a 'first love' situation for a man, a sucker's situation caused by inexperience and lack of related knowledge. Men who had never experienced a real romantic relationship most commonly make this mistake.
There is no such thing as "Girl of your dreams". They're not worth it.
Neither are men, quite honestly.

At least boys aren't fed the concept of 'Prince Charming' from the moment they are born only to realize he doesn't exist. Then again boys are raised to think that you are owed/deserve a beautiful girl no matter what the hell the man looks like or acts like... Gonna be honest with you, I pity one over the other.
Baloney. There are countless people of both genders who are very worthwhile. I have been in relationships with some of them. Just because those relationships don't last doesn't mean that the time you spent with them wasn't enriching.
Incidentally, they tend to be the kind of people who don't divide the world into concepts like "friendszone", "nice guys", etc...

It's a bit rich to lecture someone else about their lack of maturity after having started a thread based on a blog post authored by someone who has the emotional development and sophistication of a narcissistic teenager.
