The graphics are clearly from the 80s-90s. It doesn't matter that it was printed later. And it's not certain that permission was asked to use the photo. However, I reprocessed the photo with AI and there doesn't seem to be any doubt about the ID.

Unfortunately not but pretty cool face and she is super in Lutens‘ Shiseido (Elena Koudoura as well)!

Pretty positive it is her. Perfect timing > 1990 in Greece (still with light brown hair) in order to get editorials for the main markets and in 91 she‘s inside the Elite book and partly inside the network and seems to have changed her hair to blonde and the Elite card shows only 1 new blonde pic and the rest is possibly still the old color as inside the Greek ad. And both have brown eyes 👀 , same frontal smile and front teeth….
