They did NOT fly all the way to New York from London

I can't imagine Babara not being booked. But then I was also sure that Sara would be in the show...
Really can't understand some of VS's casting choices.
I am absolutely devastated and beyond disgusted...This is poor, shoddy, scraping the barrel treatmet..Treating her like this...making her fly to New York just so that they could break the news sweetly and gently to her while she is dressed in her nude under garmanets...If she wasn't going to model for them they shouldn't have made her strip down to her bare clothes just so Todd and Co could have their little cheap thrill with her ...This is beyond disgusting for a company that sells lingerie to women !!!!
And why should Barbara be expected to show up for the cattle calls...She is one of their main catalogue models...She alone fronted an ENTIRE collection ( The Designer Collection) that according to reports was such a bestseller having sold out just one week after release !!!And they repeated her again with the same photgrapher Greg Kadel... The VS Swim Catalogue in Turks and Caicos, The Holiday Commercial in Newport,Rhode Island with Michael Bay the list goes on and on!!!!
Besides she had a valiad reason..she had another assignment for which she was shooting in Barcelona Spain....It would have been unprofessional of her to cancel it and besides VS have seen her in lingerie...I am sure they know her exact measurements by heart...Plus she works with IMG -the same one with Miranda Kerr, Candace, Karlie Kloss ,Chanel Iman etc...surely something could have, SHOULD have been done to accommodate her ......
But to fly her all the way to New York in the middle of the worst hurricane to ever hit the city, to strip a young 19 year old girl down to her underwar and make her parade her stuff to a bunch of people who already know that its WAY TOO LATE for her to join the ranks and then break the news....COME ON !!!!

Or maybe they wanted to see her walk before they decided. But they have Angels like Lily A who has an aweful walk...

Of course! I just meant that a good walk is obviously not the main criteria by which VS chooses their models. So I don't know why Barbara wouldn't make it.
