Chanel may have not sold well in mainline so maybe VS pushed her back to PINK, either way she's still working with them. She just shot something with Barbara.
I think VS --after two years-- finally realized that she looks like a 15 year old in them panties for the mainline. I mean, I obviously don't buy the products, but I don't see women buying lingerie Chanel sells over the ones Doutzen sells. It's got nothing to do with her weight because Ale is also quiet skinny. I thinks it's just the sex appeal and maturity. If her rate became too high, then she's got some guts given that VS treats her like a second class citizen. Even Behati does more work with them.
It's not unheard of. I mean Lindsay was all set to become an Angel in early '10 (promo events with Marisa & Ale, Christmas commercial, Swim catalogue cover, added to VSAA, Angel profile on facebook, etc) and then poof she fell off the face of the VS Earth up until Rosie decided to leave modeling behind and focus on her acting career and this year she's done a lot of launches and stuff.
The point is Chanel wasn't delivering compared to what they were investing in her. I do think however that her PINK days are behind her as well, as right now it's all about Jessica and Elsa for the events.
I would love to see lyndsey scott at the show again.

I think it's obvious Barbara will walk the show at this point. She's working for them more than some of their Angels and she's in the Christmas commercial which is like a free-pass for the show. If she's not there I'm going to be really really shocked

Agree about Nina, look at her Aerie campaigns, she's the perfect PINK material IMO. And Yeni Inci videos show that she can rock the main line as well. Last year she did the casting (anything has been said, but we spotted her compcard among the others), but this time she's more popular after SI, so maybe VS will think twice about her. Even if she hasn't done any show yet, and this certainly doesn't go in her favor.
