I love Dave and the Foo Fighters, honestly every one of there songs is just prime in my book. Dave is super talented

And Dave Grohl is a genius, really a great musician. Foo Fighters will be playing here in January, but I don't think I'll go... the tickets are so damn expensive!

It's not what you would call a GOOD movie, but it gives a good laugh
It's way too expensive. A couple of years back the prices for those concerts were half of what it is now. Besides, they didn't did good selling tickets, so they changed it to a smaller venue. It was originally going to be on a stadium. But with tickets that expensive the sales have been slow.
I think they will too. There's so many people that think they're overrated though. To be honest I thought so too, until I really started listening to them with attention.

Sometimes I like those stupid movies though. Actually "Hot Tub Time Machine" is in my opinion one of the best comedies to come out in the past ten years, I though it was hilarious, and that was a stupid movie. It sounds like a bad comedy, but its so raunchy and so smart
Hmm its funny I would think Foo Fighters would continue to sell out arenas...
I don't get the overrated talk about them. I think alot of people like to credit their sucess to Nirvana. But honestly just listen to the music, its on a whole other level that what had been done before. The lyrics were meaningful and told stories, their music videos were great and they are able to get people from metal heads to people who like more pop and hip hop to still like them.

Well, I think they do. But with the prices we had here... It's not a surprise they didn't.
Their music is completely different from Nirvana's. Though it's possible to find some similarities, Dave Grohl does a completely different thing to what Kurt Cobain did. Most of the "overrated" talk I've heard comes usually from metalheads. But then again those people find pretty much everything overrated except the 4 or 5 bands they idolize. (Same people that call The Beatles overrated )

Dave Grohl is a genius, and I've always find awesome how he has played and made collaborations with so many great artists too. His drumming with Queens of the Stone Age is amazing for example. Oh and also with Them Crooked Vultures! Have you listened to them? They released just one album though. I wish they would make something new.
I was just listening an acoustic live version of Big Me. Such a great song! OF those you name Monkey Wrench is my favorite.
Talking about Dave Grohl, did you see what happened?
During a concert in Sweden the guy fell off stage and broke a leg... And then later HE CAME BACK to finish the show! That's commitment!
