Whitney Houston’s Comeback Album Due September

Whitney Houston hasn’t released an album in seven years but her new one will finally drop Sept. 1, her record label announced Wednesday.

This is the 45-year-old singer’s 7th studio album, which is rumored to be titled Undefeated.

Her official site WhitneyHouston.com has a countdown to the album and in the coming weeks, you’ll be able to preview selected tracks.

i am a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge fan of Ms Houston! her comeback is gonna be LEGENDARY!! like a phoenix from the damn ashes, she shall RISE!

seriously though, Whitney is an icon! she has been SOOO insanely successful and influential. and her "fall from grace" has been a tragic one ... but SHE. IS. BACK.

Whitney Houston - ‘I Look To You’ Album Cover

Whitney Houston just unveiled the album cover for her new album, I Look To You, out September 1.

The 45-year-old will kick-off Good Morning America’s fall concert series in September.

Clive Davis (the label head who discovered her) says Whitney “still stands for the best of song writing, the best of singing — and we know the public wants it.”
