During the years of touring with a rock band, percussionist and back-up vocalist Ryan Dusick began to suffer from the rock life. His arms were injured and, for a part of the tour, he wasn't able to drum. Matt Flynn was replacing him for the time being, but Dusick officially left Maroon 5 in September 2006 with the former replacing him permanently.[1]

MAROON 5 frontman ADAM LEVINE has started contemplating the end of the group - so he can become a father. The singer insists he has no immediate plans to go solo but can't see himself fronting the group for much longer. He tells Complex magazine, "I'll go off and do my thing, whether it's producing or writing or having a solo record. "We're not going to be in a band forever. We've been doing this for almost 12 years. I want to have kids and do all the things that people do."

MAROON 5 frontman ADAM LEVINE is bemused by Hollywood females’ desperation to be size zero, claiming the super skinny look is "unattractive".

Levine likes his ladies to be curvy and healthy and is stunned when celebrities slim down to the dangerous dress size.

He says, "The size zero thing is sad. I wish women wouldn’t do it.

"Men like flesh. They like women to have the curves they’re supposed to have.

The whole situation is more about women competing with other women than about women’s sexual appeal to men.

"I have yet to meet a man who says, ‘I love a woman who’s all skin and bones.’"

MAROON 5 frontman ADAM LEVINE has swapped drink and drugs for yoga.

Instead of a traditional aftershow binge, the singer relaxes backstage using the Hindu meditation techniques.

Levine - who one enjoyed a wild life of partying and narcotic experimentation - says of a recent gig, "The band went out but I went back to my hotel and did yoga. I’ve done plenty of drugs and had crazy times but I’m more interested in my music right now. Yoga is amazing."

He is sooo amazingly gorgeous. My dream boyfriend right there, haha. But he's the kind of guy who looks like he should be with a hot model, really. I love him though, he's great.
