lisalla is okay but she's in the club with brooklyn, chrissy, and julie as the kind of girl who could dress in drag and have relatively little trouble fitting in with the guys.

Lisalla needs to hire someone smart in her corner. It's clear as a day that you need to be BFF with MJ and Darcie to last. With Diane Smith it was probably different because she was much older than the models and there seemed to be more authority but if MJ and Darcie don't wanna hang out with you forget about it. Psst Lisalla, MJ wants girls who are approachable and not off-putting in any way so you gotta play the game right 
It's not only about that with MJ though, Lisalla way older than all the rookies from this year and she isn't exactly popular: We've got Sara Sampario, Gigi Hadid & Valerie Van Der Graaf (Kate Upton 2.0). And potentially Bregje.
She is obviously looking for girls who have a decent portfolio to back them up potential to become bigger names other than just a girl who does SI and little to nothing else (Julie Henderson), and it worked pretty damn well because all 2012 rookies have done very well after SI.
I like Lisalla but I can see why she didn't get a spot, she did Maybelline for a couple years but other than that she hasn't done anything too great. And she also does not seem to be very nice either which is not helping her case at all.

The reason I think it might be Petra is because she got her copy of the book weeks ago, she was the very first model to get the book actually.
The model on the cover is Nina Agdal, she shot the cover in Bahamas while doing body paint.
