I finally found Gail on a runway for Giorgio Armani!  She walked his RTW F/W 1992 show and looked so breathtakingly gorgeous.

I had a feeling that Gail did an Escada fashion show as well, because she was featured a lot in their campaigns, especially in early 90's. And I was right!  Here she is on a runway for Escada RTW F/W 1996.

Sadly I have only one pic from the whole show, but it's still a lovely find!
