I agree, it's a great cover. It's made from a syndicated image, taken a couple of years ago (by Enrique Badulescu). Usually, Femme Actuelle make their own covers (with their own pictures), but sometimes there are a couple of exceptions.

The way they made the cover is still great (as usual) and Emmanuela is beautiful (as usual)!
