I always thought 15 was too young, even for France. girls just aren't ready at that age.

you know, it wouldn't be stat. rape if the parents approved of it, which I also think is strange.

and as you allude, the day before you turn 18 it's fine, but the day after it's illegal, even if she's 2 days younger than you. also strange.

plenty of kids in my high school dated younger girls. seniors have to be able to date non-seniors, so I don't see the problem with just dating. but I know when I was 18, I was horny 24/7 and would have had a problem going out with someone I couldn't sleep with for a couple years

the first time i had sex i was 12 years old (january 17, 1999), my boyfriend were 17 years old and i was READY! i was mature, i knew what i wanted and it was ok. and i take the pilule since i'm 13 years old ( i had my first mentruation for my 12 birthday). but at 12 years old i seem to be 18 years old. doctors stopped my legs' growth when i was 11 years old (december 1997) and my height didn't change since i'm 13 years old (1.70m but it should be 1.80m if i didn't have a health problem).

when i was 13 years old, i spent all my weekends in nightclubs and i dated with guys of 23/25 years old but i hadn't sex with them. since i'm 12 years old i always have boyfriends and it was great.

i was 12 years old but my body and my mind were ready. you can be 20 years old and don't be ready too.

if it's for me i always be very "mature" XD i left the hospital's world when i was 13 years old. so when i was 12 years old i was withoutmy parents and i lived with 150 teenagers... between 15 and 19 years old (i was one of the youngest, there were only 15/20 kids under 10 years old)

the first day at the hospital/clinic in found whisky and vodka in my cupboard XD the maids must be drunk when they cleaned the rooms!

every patients had his own room with a balcony and of course there were cameras... but the camera was against my wall, so it spyed all the rooms expected my room... and every night we were between 10/20 persons in my room... and i lived in front of the stairway so it was perfect when nurses "controled" us. everybody ran in his room and pretended to sleep...

i lived at the 214 and my best friend (the only girl of my age, 1 day of difference ) lived at the 217 in front of the laundry. every evening at 7pm our phone were "cut" in our room. we were able to receive a call but it was impossible to call somebody... but in the laundry there was an "unblocked" phone. so at 8pm when my best friend called the boys (boys were 2 floors above us) to organise the next party in my room, the nurse made her "visit" and she closed the laundry XD

of course with friends we were obligated to liberate my best friend. fortunately every evening at the same hour the nurse and a kid "animator"(not sure of the word. when we wanted to make sport, paint, play music etc he was always here to "work" with us had sex in the infirmary we needed to wait to dogstyle to steal the key and liberate my best friend from the laundry.

but with this nurse i learned a lot about sexuality...

and i prefer don't talk about the showers <_<

or yes. we had a swimming pool and there was a "public shower" for the girls and same thing for the boys but all the time boys were with us in our showers. so we spend our time to fight naked under the water...

so when you are 12 years old, you live without mum and dad, you have a boyfriend and the sexuality is everywhere (in particulary in the infirmary) it's help you to be "mature"...

I would say that is it not bad to date someone younger .. especially if you are not having sex.. I would warn you that it is not your date that would press charges if there is proof of an act.. the parents have a lot of power over their children under 18 .. so do not piss them off.. lol

I would like to point out that if you truly wait until she is old enough it would make a so much better relationship and that would be the best proof of love.. I just thought ot point that out... but if you are like any other human on this planet the odds of not having sex with someone in certain circumstances would be a one in a million possibility.
