yeah lol. I saw the reasons she changed her name and i think it's a cool nick in regard of the definitions of the word but it's just that i sounds... harsh and mannish lool

but Rogue is a girl in xmen so it shouldnt sound mannish

actually the definition of Rogue in the dictionary is:

"one who is innocently mishievous or playful" of course it could also mean fierce or dangerous, dishonest, unprincipled person; a rascal. It really depends in which sense you use the word.

(can be used for both male and female)

And yes, I am a fan of the old x-men cartoons. Mystique and Rogue were my favourites because they were the coolest... but I'm not a hardcore fan.
