Yup, 100% sure, look in the first page of this thread. She shot the cover while shooting body paint in Bahamas, there's footage from in in the Bahamas Outtakes video.
Sucks that she didn't get any credits for it though =/

I've always loved Kathryn. Too bad her photos are hard to find these days.
Never saw her. What did she look like back then? Did she shoot for them often,or a one and done?
I believe she only did 2 shoots for SI in the early 80's
