"Elden Ring" is being searched 11 million times a month

"Shadow of the Erdtree" is being searched 2.4 million times a month.

"Taylor Swift" is being searched 10 million times a month

"House of the Dragon": 2.6 million times a month

"Game of Thrones" - one of the most viral topics ever- dropped to 1.1 million times a month

"Witcher 3" is sadly being searched only 450,000 times a month- the game came out 9 years ago.

"The Witcher" is only 280,000 times a month- what a failure of show

Cinematically speaking, Christopher Reeve was Superman, Brandon Routh was New Superman, Henry Cavill was New New Superman, which makes David Corenswet New New New Superman. Corenswet was on set in Cleveland yesterday along with Rachel Brosnahan, giving us a look at our many-new Superman and Lois in action.

 

People are super in their feelings about Superman’s costume bringing back the classic yellow belt and red pants, most because of nostalgia—the suit also has the yellow “S” logo on the cape—as Corenswet’s whole look is clearly derived from Christopher Reeve, whose suit was lifted straight out of the comics. Though some are in their feelings because the new suit looks a little silly and Superman is supposed to be Big Tough Man…in a cape.

 

Honestly, between watching dudes melt down over Superman’s silly little belt and speedo and The Bikeriders not being a tough guy movie (it’s Drive all over again!), it’s been a rough few days for insecure men. They really need their tough guy emblems to prop up their sense of masculinity, and Superman wearing a sporty little belt with his swim trunks is a direct threat to their testosterone levels. 

 

Every superhero costume looks dumb on set, even the really well designed ones, like Robert Pattinson’s beginner Batsuit, look stupid as f-ck on set. Everyone HAS to remember that, especially as we’re on the cusp of seeing new Fantastic Four suit designs later this summer, and they’re sure to be dumb as hell (those costumes are just footie pajamas, change my mind). David Corenswet looks as convincing as any dark-haired hunk who has ever played Clark Kent, and the hope is that we aren’t really tuned into the suit so much in the moment, when we’re watching the movie, because we’re swept away by the adventure and thrill of it all. Until then, yes, Superman’s suit is dumb. Every version is dumb. 

 

Meanwhile, Rachel Brosnahan looks GREAT as Lois Lane. Honestly, I’m more excited about her than Superman, at the moment.

The comic book Superman looks like a bodybuilder in most of his iterations. 

Henry Cavill's appearance is hugely liked by men (ideal male) plus his nerd credentials.  His body is what boys admire and falsely think that girls are hugely attracted to.  Boys go to the gym to hoping to get closer to that kind of body.  Youtube fitness grifters have that type of body.

On how the recent Superheros have changed, they appear to be more marketed towards women and Gen Z.  The Clark Kent getup for the new superman is literally wearing a haircut that only Gen Z wear.  The new superman also has a body that is more geared towards what women want (not massively steroid muscles).

Don't really get the James Gunn hate myself.

His Guardians trilogy is easily the best three movie arc out of all of the MCU trilogies.

And I also really liked his Suicide Squad movie.

So I am going to reserve judgement for his Superman until after I see it.

Also you can't compare set pics with scenes from a final movie. Set pics always just deliver half the magic we'll get in the final movie. I'm pretty sure it will look just fine and satisfying.
